Meet Ash & Alvin, your brewer & artist.
Having been brewing Kombucha at home for years and fine tuning our technique to be the best Kombucha we’d ever tasted, our friends eventually persuaded us to think bigger than the weekend dinner parties where we free-flowed our homemade Kombucha.
We set to work, setting up a microbrewery in Kennedy Town, bought some cool big tanks which we’d only ever dreamed of, and started fermenting more and more Kombucha. To this day, every single bottle of Kombucha we’ve sold has been brewed & bottled by us, working tirelessly on our craft and passion, to provide you with the best possible product.
What are we most proud of? I’m glad you asked! The Kombucha we sell to you today, is exactly the same Kombucha we brewed in 5L batches at home, for ourselves, 5 years ago. No processing, no pasteurising, no additives; just straight up raw, quality Kombucha.

Not all Kombucha’s are made equal. We guarantee that every bottle we craft is the best Kombucha we’ve ever tasted. And because it’s real, you won’t ever find artificial sweeteners, carbonated water, or added probiotics in our Kombucha.

No strawberry twist Kombucha’s to see here. We take a craft approach to our Kombucha, using tea and botanicals only, for a more complex & aromatic experience. A flavour profile which is natural, refreshing, not too sweet and will leave you wanting more, day in, day out.

"On the wagon?"
The expression, "On the Wagon", comes from an age-old saying whereby the coachmen of the horse-drawn water wagons had to stay off alcohol while on the job.
